This year, I've been working on taking better care of myself. Which perhaps sounds like a generic thing to say, just I genuinely mean it. Toward the terminate of last year, I kind of felt like I stepped into a crazy whirlwind, with getting the studio infinite, hiring new people, my dog getting sick, and the holidays. There was definitely a lot more cake and pizza consumed than there was anything that resembled a healthy repast. And exercise pretty much flew out the window too, amongst other things.

BUT this year , I've been quietly working on getting back on track, with how things were before. And I accept been doing small things to assist push me toward that goal of being a healthier me in 2022 (torso / mind / spirit). Which is why I've partnered with OLLY to share some of the things I've been doing to get me on my way…

1. Get-go things outset, one of the best changes I've made so far is going to bed an hour earlier. I've always been someone who stays upwards extremely late (similar 2am late) and and so I finish upwardly paying for it in the morning when my alarm goes off. Merely merely getting that extra hour each dark has helped…And I promise I can keep adding more hours on every bit time goes on.

2. Also, most nights, before I go to bed now I take a bath. It doesn't replace my showers obviously, but it's been a really nice nightly ritual of sorts to air current downwardly that way. Information technology makes me kind of sleepy too, which might be what's helping me to get that extra hour of slumber.

iii. 1 of the easiest changes I've fabricated so far has been starting my day with vitamins.More than specifically, I started taking OLLY  Super Foods and I actually, really like them. 4. I've as well managed to put downwards the ice foam cone occasionally and start eating better foods. Only on days we are shooting new dessert recipes, I definitely nonetheless do some taste testing. If I deprive myself, I feel similar I'll but cease upwardly going off the deep finish. Ever experience that mode? So, it'south been better for me to have the 'fun' foods in moderation, rather than give them upwardly completely.
